- part of newly formed PMO team to oversee R&D centre’s robotics project - Communicate with different project managers to develop clear project plan, identifying target milestones to keep track with project timeline and ensure on time project completion/delivery - Track finances of individual projects to ensure no over-spending and monitor project procurement progress to minimalize any delay from material purchase/delivery - additionally supported business development team to communicate with various external stakeholders - attend client meetings to discuss project plan, set expectations and negotiate terms

-Worked as part of the Investment Advisory Risk Control team -Largely involved with HKMA remediation project in which manual adjustments and calculations using Microsoft Excel were done to ensure client transactions and investment portfolios comply with company/HKMA regulations - In particular dealt mainly with bond transactions and their effects on client investment portfolios ensuring no breaches in profiles occurred and in cases of such occurrence that the issue be raised and flagged - Created detailed procedure manuals reflecting the remediation exercises to clearly layout the steps and reasoning in the process, keeping a clear record of documents preparing for HKMA's follow up visit.

-Worked as a summer intern as part of the Advisory, deals department dealing with clients on mergers and acquisitions they are interested to partake in -Researched data on target firms as well as analysing key data required to be presented to the clients -Aided with translation of documents and presentations from English to Chinese in order to help local employees understand the content -Attended corporate meetings gaining experience of meeting structure and etiquette

-Worked as a summer intern as part of Policy owner service, operations department - Learnt to write computer scripts in order to extract large amounts of client information efficiently from company programs to use for sending out letters -Involved with issuing letters to clients as well as cross checking via Microsoft Excel to reduce incorrect letters being dispatched - Learnt experience of life inside an office job and learning the various roles within the single department -Took part in various large projects set by manager, had a grasp in working with a few colleagues in order to work towards achieving the common goal quickly and successfully
