Commercial real estate sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and the built environment. Investment decisions determine how capital is allocated, how assets perform over time, and ultimately how markets evolve. That relationship between rigorous financial analysis and tangible, long-term assets is what led me to focus on the investment side of the industry. Over the past several years, I’ve focused on developing the analytical foundation behind real estate investing through hands-on experience with commercial assets, investment analysis, and financial modeling. As I begin my career, I’m pursuing roles on the investment side of commercial real estate where I can continue refining my underwriting, market analysis, and deal evaluation skills while contributing to the acquisition and performance of high-quality assets.I am always open to connecting with professionals in the real estate community.
