• Serve as Project Engineer / Project Manager for land development projects, supporting delivery from project setup through permitting and limited construction administration. • Lead engineering design, analysis, and plan production for drainage and utility systems, including grading, stormwater, potable water, fire protection, and wastewater infrastructure. • Produce and manage engineering design plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D, including site grading, earthwork balancing, drainage layouts, utility networks, profiles, cross sections, and construction-ready plan sets. • Prepare, model, and analyze Drainage Analysis and Stormwater Management Reports supporting permitting and agency review. • Prepare, model, and analyze potable water distribution and fire protection systems, including pump and lift station design, hydraulic calculations, pump sizing, and utility coordination. • Develop and manage project schedules, including task sequencing, milestone tracking, and coordination of internal staff and subconsultants. • Coordinate directly with clients, subconsultants, utility providers, and reviewing agencies as a primary technical point of contact. • Assist with project budgeting and fee management, including cost estimating, scope tracking, and resource allocation support. • Manage permitting and entitlement efforts, including Construction Plan Review, Environmental Resource Permits, utility permitting, and FDOT drainage/driveway permits. • Provide limited planning support, including planning coordination, due diligence evaluations, and rezoning assistance. • Perform limited construction administration, including RFI responses, shop drawing reviews, and project closeout documentation. • Contribute to internal process development, including engineering calculation templates and workflows to improve efficiency and consistency. • Assist with office operations and technical leadership, mentoring junior staff and supporting cross-discipline coordination.
