Responsible for accounting services on EPC Projects in the Power, Oil and Gas Division ranging up to $860 Million in revenue. Duties include revenue recognition, transactional accounting, and complex invoicing. Typically responsible for analysis, forecasting, budgeting and monthly closings. Serve as trusted business advisor to management related to financial insight and performance. Provide resolution of intermediate to complex accounting issues. Ensures assigned projects are in compliance with contractual obligations, as appropriate. Generate, review and distribute draft invoices to project management for review based on contractual understanding. Obtain appropriate approval and distributes accordingly to clients. Research and resolve complex invoice matters. Monitor cash collections and provides management detailed information to follow up with client. Update business systems with project budget and current project forecasted costs.  Structure and open projects in accounting system. Assist with audit requests by providing and/or reviewing supporting documentation.

* Reviewed and assessed financial metrics (cash flow debt leverage, collateral preservation, working capital, uncollected accounts) of franchise agents, then provided input to regional management to address plans for sales, operating expenses, and capital management. Handled asset transfers and accounting operations integration on new acquisitions. Conducted expense analysis on agency operations and ensure revenue recognition controls met Sarbanes-Oxley standards. Advised franchise owners on business plans and marketing campaigns. *  * Boosted efficiency and accuracy 40% by standardizing and centralizing due diligence process for agency acquisitions.
