Responsible for the management of all international and domestic shipping procedures and documents for neurological systems. Worked directly with the Operations Manager to oversee all office expansion projects, including the implementation of operational procedures. Responsible for the purchasing and management of all packaging materials for neurological systems. Oversaw a variety of projects while collaborating with various departments to ensure deadlines are met.

Owned all assisting responsibilities to Senior Partner including managing calendars, travel, call sheets, and personal responsibilities. Responsible for overseeing calendars of the entire roster of high-end clients including travel and production. Directly responsible for the oversight of all incoming offers for a roster of over ten high-end clients including providing written coverage on two scripts per day. Worked directly with Senior Partner to create in-depth pitches of our high-end clients to studio executives and casting directors on a daily basis. Accurately created detailed expense reports on hundreds of receipts monthly. Developed and maintained heavy scheduling for Talent Agent including full responsibility for managing Talent Agent’s calendar and creating detailed travel itineraries. Directly worked with the Talent Agent on collecting and reporting on weekly updates for studios such as A24, Annapurna, Amazon, Fox Searchlight, Media Rights Capital, and Netflix.
