Designed and built a prototype resistivity probe that was later built and applied to offshore hyporheic zone investigations in the Fraser River. Wrote MATLAB scripts to import, filter, and plot extremely large data files from tipping bucket rain gauges deployed at a constructed waste rock pile in northern Saskatchewan.

Justin was elected to the Strata Council for these two 18-storey residential highrises in February 2006 due to his engineering expertise. In his 4+ year tenure, Justin organized and oversaw several major plumbing and mechanical systems upgrades, as well as a re-roofing of the two highrises (a ~$1.5M project). This required him to work closely with the property manager, strata council, contractors and condo owners.
