I specialize in working with Large Language Models (LLMs), including OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, Meta, and Mistral, adapting and integrating them into production-ready solutions. I apply and extend orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Semantic Kernel to develop multi-agent automation systems, complete with memory management, tool orchestration, and reasoning engines. My work also includes building agentic automation solutions with node-based platforms like n8n, Make, and Zapier, as well as creating conversational AI applications that span text, voice, and telephony integrations (e.g., VAPI, ElevenLabs, Azure TTS, Whisper, Deepgram). I leverage vector databases such as Weaviate, Pinecone, Qdrant, and Milvus to design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for knowledge management, while also contributing to multimodal AI solutions for processing text, images, video, and documents. Beyond AI, I contribute to the company’s proprietary modular AI architectures, developing reusable agent components and internal frameworks that enhance scalability and maintainability. I also ensure compliance with privacy and security standards (SOC2, GDPR), implementing best practices in monitoring, logging, and responsible AI deployment. This role allows me to combine hands-on software engineering (frontend, backend, APIs, databases) with next-generation AI R&D, building solutions that support enterprise automation in CRM, ERP, HR, recruitment, sales, and contact center workflows.

As a Business Central Developer, I have worked with companies across various industries, helping them streamline operations, migrate from NAV to Business Central, and develop scalable extensions. My expertise includes AL development, API integrations, automated testing, and SaaS migrations, ensuring businesses get clean, maintainable, and efficient solutions. Whether it’s customizing Business Central functionality, integrating third-party applications, or optimizing workflows, I focus on delivering results that enhance productivity and drive growth. During my internship at Balfin, I worked as a Software Developer, gaining hands-on experience across various aspects of software development. I was involved in backend development with Python and Flask, where I built and optimized APIs, managed databases, and improved system efficiency. I also contributed to debugging and conflict resolution, identifying and fixing issues in existing applications to ensure smooth functionality. Additionally, I worked on database management, handling queries, optimizing data storage, and ensuring system integrity. This experience allowed me to develop strong problem-solving skills, work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and gain exposure to different technologies. It reinforced my ability to write clean, maintainable code, troubleshoot effectively, and contribute to real-world projects.
