About
I'm Junya Yoshinaga, a semiconductor specialist with both technical and business expertise. In 2017, I conducted research on the epitaxial growth of InGaN-based LEDs using Metal-Organic Vapor Phase Epitaxy (MOVPE) in Meijo University, and obtained my Master's degree in 2019. That same year, I joined Taiyo Nippon Sanso Corporation. My primary focus was on mass-production scale MOVPE for AlGaN-based UV LEDs and Far UV-C LEDs. I also gained on-site experience supporting customers with process setup and optimization all over the world. In 2024, I enrolled in the doctoral program in Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology as an industry-based PhD student. My current research centers on MOVPE growth of β-Ga₂O₃, targeting next-generation wide-bandgap power devices applications. That same year, I transitioned into a sales role, where I now handle business development, sales, and marketing of compound semiconductor manufacturing equipment. With a strong foundation in both engineering and customer-facing roles, I strive to bridge the gap between technology and business to deliver real value to the semiconductor industry.
