As a trilingual finance professional with hands-on experience across investment banking, corporate finance, and private equity, I bring a unique cross-border perspective to deal execution and strategic investment. Having led over 26 transactions including M&A senior debt underwriting, ABL/ABS, PF and Private Equity investments, I combine rigorous financial modeling and valuation skills with a deep understanding of capital structures and investor dynamics. My MBA journey at Indiana University Bloomington, Kelley School of Business and Sungkyunwan University has sharpened both my analytical thinking and leadership agility. My ability to operate fluently in English, Korean, and Japanese enables me to navigate complex stakeholder environments across global markets.
