I’ve spent most of my career working in toxicology and nonclinical safety, supporting how development decisions are made before products move forward.Over time, my work has grown from technical study support into broader leadership across safety strategy, scientific interpretation, and cross-functional coordination. What matters most to me is not only whether a study is completed correctly, but whether the findings are actually understood in a way that helps teams make better decisions.I tend to focus less on isolated data points, and more on the full picture: the risk profile, the scientific context, the development stage, and what the results really mean for the next step.Since moving to Japan, I’ve become increasingly involved in toxicology strategy and scientific coordination across global development settings, especially where clear communication, regulatory awareness, and practical judgment are all equally important.
