Owned HW/SW integration, development specifications, issue tracking, and delivery schedules for ACR autonomous charging across 12+ EV models — including Hyundai, Kia, and Tesla lineups — coordinating communication and control system integration with respective vehicle divisions. Directed the first public ACR proof-of-concept at Hyundai E-pit stations for Jeju's 'Charging Now' campaign, overseeing technical validation, issue tracking, and development schedules to verify operational safety. Integrated ACR with Hyundai WIA parking robots at Factorial Seongsu by coordinating development specifications, control system interfaces, and infrastructure setup to enable autonomous charging. Coordinated ACR-to-RoboTaxi communication protocols with Motional and led technical reviews on control systems and implementation feasibility to demonstrate autonomous charging at CES. Defined EV-Charger-ACR communication protocols and security standards through vendor management, contributing to the Incheon Airport MOU.

Designed mechanical systems for a Surgical Assistant Robot (SAR) through iterative usability evaluations with orthopedic surgeons and rehabilitation medicine specialists at Hanyang University Hospital, resulting in a co-authored patent. Developed a rail-based layout and supporting hardware for an Automatic Charging Robot (ACR), eliminating location constraints of fixed systems and enabling scalable multi-vehicle operation across diverse parking environments.

Engineered OLED TV stand structures and mechanisms for DFM and assembly efficiency; validated structural stability via FEA to ensure reliable mass production.

Led 0→1 development of an assistive shower chair targeting medical-grade safety standards, balancing technical design and market viability in an aging society.
