As Relationship Manager, Active Youth Banking at CRDB Bank Plc, I build and grow relationships with young adults (18–40) across Tanzania, connecting them to tailored banking, savings, credit, and digital solutions that support their financial goals. I partner with universities, employers, and youth organizations to drive product uptake, run engaging sales and deposit mobilization campaigns, and work to reduce account dormancy—all while supporting Tanzania's national youth policy and advancing financial inclusion for the next generation. 🇹🇿

Currently supporting the Youth Banking Unit by contributing to client relationship management and driving the uptake of youth focused banking products. Engaging with customers to understand their financial needs, promoting tailored solutions, and supporting sales initiatives to enhance customer acquisition and retention. Building strong communication, sales, and relationship management skills within a dynamic banking environment.

I managed client relationships , finance and social media of the company working closely with creative teams to ensure high quality results. I also contributed to business growth by identifying new clients and maintaining strong partnerships, while supporting the execution of corporate events and brand focused productions.

During my field study at CRDB Bank, I gained hands on experience in finance, accounting, and banking operations. I assisted in financial analysis, transaction processing, and customer service, enhancing my knowledge of banking regulations, risk management, and financial reporting. I collaborated with professionals in various departments like loan board department , improving my analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced financial environment. This experience strengthened my understanding of corporate finance, loan processing, and client relationship management, preparing me for a career in the financial sector

Bachelor’s in Commerce (2022 – 2025) At Parul University, I built a solid foundation in finance and accounting while developing both analytical and practical skills. I participated in a Microsoft Excel Workshop, where I learned advanced Excel functions, data organization, and financial modeling techniques. As part of my academic journey, I completed a research project titled “A Study of the Effects of Inflation on the Tanzanian Economy”, where I analyzed economic data, interpreted inflation trends, and explored their impact on national growth and living standards. This experience enhanced my research, data analysis, and critical thinking abilities.

As part of my professional development, I am currently pursuing the ACCA qualification to gain a deeper and globally recognized understanding of accounting, finance, and business management. Through this program, I’m building strong technical knowledge in financial reporting, taxation, audit, and performance management. Studying ACCA has also strengthened my analytical thinking, ethical decision-making, and understanding of international financial standards. This qualification is helping me prepare for real-world challenges in the finance and accounting industry, and I am committed to completing it to enhance my career opportunities.
