∙ Conducted user research and implemented an improved front-end macOS application with Swift ∙ Designed a guided walkthrough with Figma to cover all functions within the application ∙ Implemented a guided walkthrough for new and existing users to cover all functionality and top user pain points ∙ Enhanced user experience by integrating additional features such as refresh buttons, modifying device names, and adjusting app layout ∙ Based off user research, adjusted app dialogues that caused user pains accordingly
