As a Software Engineer at Amazon since August 2022, I've been integral to a team managing enterprise customer profile data for AWS Support services. Key achievements include developing a cache service using AWS Fargate and DynamoDB for AWS Organizations data, ensuring low-latency access and high throughput. Additionally, I spearheaded the creation of an ingestion system to tag customer profile data onto Support Cases, enhancing Technical Account Managers' ability to address customer needs. Throughout these projects, I've leveraged a stack comprising CDK v2, TypeScript, Java, Kotlin, Smithy, and various AWS services including Lambda, SNS/SQS, and CloudWatch, among others.

During my 2 years tenure as a Software Developer II at Overstock.com, I contributed significantly to enhancing the e-commerce item-warehouse sourcing and delivery experience. Notable achievements include the development of a Warehouses Critical Pull Time Calculation System, improving delivery estimate accuracy by computing better predictions of warehouse pull times. Additionally, I led the creation of a Backorder Delay System, enabling efficient handling of supplier delay requests and recalculating delivery estimates for informed customer communication. Throughout these projects, I utilized a diverse technology stack comprising Java, SpringBoot, Hibernate, Postgres, Pulsar, Docker, and more, ensuring robust and efficient system performance.

As a Full Stack Java Developer at Synergistic IT in Fremont, CA, from July 2019 to May 2020, I served as an outsourcing developer, contributing to a Banking Application catering to both customers and administrators. Leveraging MVC design and Web services, I facilitated HTTP access for users, enabling functionalities such as account management, fund transfers, and transaction history viewing. On the backend, I utilized Spring MVC and RESTful services, integrating Spring Security for authentication and authorization. Hibernate, JDBC, and JPA repository were employed for database interactions with MySQL. For the frontend, I crafted HTML pages with Thymeleaf templates, utilizing CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript for an enhanced user experience. Throughout the project, I utilized Java 8, Spring Boot, Hibernate, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, among other technologies, ensuring robust and secure application functionality.
