Role： 1. As DPD (Drug Product Development) Digitalization Lead, be responsible for DPD’s digitalization transformation 1) Plan the digitalization transformation 2) Promote and implement the digitalization transformation 3) Business process re-engineering and optimization 4) Plan, design a frame and build a core integrated digitalization platform (as a program) Plan and design an integrated platform covering 5 data domains including production data, R&D data, project data, operation data and GMP data to provide users and customers the 3 typical data services of search/query, analysis and recommendation. The built middle data platform will integrate both internal and external data and both structured data and un-structured data for the accurate, diversified and self-served services for different types of users or customers. 2. As IT BP Lead, support BioDev business development and operation. - Lead IT BP team and IT on-site team supporting 2 BioDev R&D base: Waigaoqiao and Fengxian site 1) Support business development Strategy align with IT high-level planning and service capacity. 2) Manage and support business demands align with IT short/long –term service strategy and supply capacity 3) Manage and support the critical business IT programs/projects to support business operation 4) Manage the IT service to support business operation 5) Manage IT global programs/projects’ rollout to site 3. As a senior IT PM of AIS global team of WuXi Biologics set up PMO mechanism under GMP environment and manage the projects/program.As GMP IT system operation management lead serve SH site systems‘ m&o. 1) Manage and support GMP IT projects (program) for domestic and oversea sites. 2) Direct, coach and support the project manager in GMP IT project management under GMP environment. 3) Build and develop IT project management processes and workflows under GMP environment. 4) Lead the team managing/supporting GMP IT application m&o at Shanghai site.

Role：2 year's as CSC on-site Advisor (PM) Serving DSM GPMO (Global Project Management Office), managing IT related projects in China and Global. In April 2017 , I became a DSM FTE. Following HQ's management and control, manage the projects from the perspectives of requirement, scope, time, cost ,quality and communication etc. to support the business development using project management methodology prince2. Using Agile methodology manage the dynamic requirements and changes E-Commerce B2C&App Project：support ANP channel sales in China The B2C project is to set up channel sales electronic platform to support ANP channel sales and business in China. The whole project costs $1 million and has 2 main phases which includes mobile APP application development, PC application development and integration with DSM SAP etc.. Project involves the business sections of sales, marketing, operation, production and includes 3rd party development management, hardware/software purchase and HQ' s compliance/legal audit which is a typical project has multiple interfaces within a management matrix and under a complex environment. Global LIMS Project ：Taking the position of APAC project manager to join the global LIMS project. Participated in the LIMS vendor selection and manage the LIMS project in APAC. Plan the project, coordinate with the HQ and plan plant resource for the LIMS(lab information management system ) project . TMS (Transportation Management System) Project: As PM assisted evaluating/selecting the vendor for TMS system in supply chain functionality. Managed the cloud solution implementation and interface development with company SAP. IT integration project for new company site: As a PM of IT integration project, set up company infrastructure for new company site and deploy the applications serving the site' startup and operation.

Lead the project team to be responsible for the software projects in Asia Pacific. Worked with Norway HQ team to build project management and tracking mechanism, regulate the project process in Asia. Major work includes project requirement collection and analysis, implementation management, scope management, cost management, stakeholder management, risk management, team/resource management, change management etc. Multi-projects management work includes balancing the resource and planning, project priority management, cost management and risk management etc.. - Domestic projects: COSL, CNPC(WPC), SinoPec(FREP), include planning and budget, milestone setup and control, kick-off meeting, workshop, installation, configuration and development etc.. COSL project phase I has been closed and started phase II. CNPC(WPC) project is ongoing, completed the configuration and development , is waiting for customer acceptance. SinoPec (FREP) is going live and waiting for the final acceptance - Oversea projects: Singapore(COSL SG/Kreuz)/Malaysia(Sapura/New Field)/Thailand(PTTGC/HMC)/Dubai(MOQ and Mubadala). The projects’ activities include the kick-off meeting, workshop, installation, configuration and development, milestone review and control, change management and control, training etc.. The project work included the design and development on interface with SAP and Maximo.

Be responsible for maintaining large scale information system of East Power as out sourcing Leading a 5 member s’ team to provide support service (Hardware/Software/Application/Integration) to East Power. The Whole information system includes above 1000 PCs, 30 servers, different network equipment etc. Play a role of maintenance leader: 1) Maintenance plan schedule 2) Maintenance Service management and control 3) Maintenance service assessment and improvement. 4) Client-side communication 5) Constitute IT regulations with management document
