Achievements: Kept track of latest bioinformatics and biomedical technology advancement and related market force; worked closely with president and marketing team to define long term goals of OmicSoft and actively adjusted/improved product lines according to market demands. Oversaw the genomic content generation process; build data content team from scratch; led development and data content teams to establish the full genomic data retrieval, processing, metadata curation, QC, downstream analysis and data publication processes for OmicSoft's superior Land products. Developed/optimized various data analysis pipelines and analysis modules in OmicSoft ArraySuite for RNA-Seq, microarray, epigenetics data, etc. Collaborated with clients from pharmaceutical or biotech companies and provide consulting services on bio-marker identification, drug target verification and data migration projects that totally multi-million dollars.
