- Coordination of talent management initiatives across the European System of Central Banks and the Single Supervisory Mechanism to promote career mobility (including coordination of Schuman secondment programme, implementation of new EUREKA platform for career mobility & training, and participation in the work of the Mobility Task Force) - Advise HR colleagues on internal and external mobility policies - Promote career mobility to ECB staff through HR communications

- Review and re-design the corporate Global Assignment Policy Framework
- Conduct research on global mobility and expatriation best practices

- HR Policy: Conduct the necessary research for new or revised HR policies and procedures and amendments to the Staff Regulations and Rules, drawing on a range of sources from the United Nations common system, and other sectors; Assist with the provision of advice to other HR colleagues on policy matters. - Administrative Law: Assist with fact-finding and legal research in relation to requests for review of administrative decisions, complaints of harassment, rebuttals of performance appraisals, appeals to the WIPO Appeal Board, or complaints against the Organization submitted to the International Labour Organization Administrative Tribunal; Conduct research on jurisprudence relevant to the cases.

- Organise the recruitment and selection of civil servants from other administrations applying for positions at the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs (MEAE) - Manage staff members on incoming or outgoing mobility assignments - Advise French civil servants wishing to join the European External Action Service (EEAS) as part of a mobility assignment
