At 18 years old, I pitched my surf company to Shark Tank. As a lifelong water athlete, I aim to design products that make surfing as fun as possible and facilitate community on the water. My experience of overcoming spinal fusion surgery and paralysis have shaped my entrepreneurial personality. I enjoy combining my background in data science and business from UC Berkeley with my creative side as an artist and musician to build a brand that means something to me and my community. I’m documenting my journey and the lessons along the way here on LinkedIn and love getting to meet likeminded founders, operators, marketers, and builders.
