Responsible for monitoring the overall health and viability of the Culture and Associate Engagement for Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages. Lead and develop the HR team and the HR function, programs and initiatives in North & South America. Be a trusted advisor to provide leadership, coaching, and support to leaders on people management, organizational changes, optimizing talent and performance, processes and culture, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements in different locations, and also with internal policies and values. Research, develop, implement and manage HR programs related to Talent & Performance Management, Leadership Development, Compensation & Benefits, Retention & Engagement, Global Mobility, Employee Relations, to support the company’s strategy, through competitive and cost-effective solutions. Create and manage a workforce strategy that addresses the best way to staff for business needs. Use data driven HR business insights to provide relevant solutions and recommendations to management. Develop and execute a series of integrated strategies to drive a high level of employee engagement.

Manage the Human Resources Department in Brazil, actively supporting the business strategy in the region.

Collaborated with Executive Leadership to create, implement and deliver People strategies to support the company's growth and expansion. Built, developed and led the HR Teams in different countries in the South America region, supervising and coordinating all HR-related initiatives, processes, policies and programs. Designed and implemented a competitive and cost-effective Compensation & Benefits strategy for all the positions in the whole region, focusing on employee attraction and retention. Planned and drove a comprehensive Leadership Development Program, including a successful Coaching Program. Partnered with Senior Leadership on Mergers & Acquisition processes. Designed and implemented integration strategies for acquisitions. Planned and executed the workforce expansion strategy in the region by conducting massive recruitment in different countries, achieving results in record time, keeping cost under budget.
