* In charge of supply flow optimisation of a Plant near Lyon with RFQ and selection of a new road haulier company. * 3 weeks on site visit to Mexico to improve transport flows, stock levels and custom duties in six different Valeo plant. * Benchmarking of European road hauliers

* Team of 40 staff, responsible for supplying and parts shipment for the Flins assembly plant (T/O €17 Mi) * In charge of Stock management, for the plant’s various activities: body parts, assembly line, spare parts. * Window person for Renault Central SC for all supply risks and suppliers’ production transfer. * Interface with IS team for all production systems of supply activities. * Staff motivation for achievement of KPIs for service rates and stocks.

* Special 9 months assignment to improve the efficiency of the Indian based international Supply Chain. * Management of a team of 10 local staff to handle the shipment of 60 containers a month. * Platform supplying 10 clients located in South Africa, Europe, Middle East, Korea, South America, with parts produced by 40 Indian suppliers. Management of a 3PL (Third Party Logistic) and a custom broker. * Escalation management of 4 preselected maritime shippers. * Budget and KPI monitoring and reporting monthly to France SC management and to Indian CEO. * Results; * Reorganisation of the operational functions of the team ; Creation of lean functions in the supply chain * Recruitment and integration of 5 new staff to replace staff or to re enforce the team. * Customer Service rate of Port arrival indicator increased from 20% to 70%. * Stabilisation of the Supply Chain in maritime mode up to 95%
