In my role as Vice President at Doll 10 Beauty, I spearheaded the transformation of Dalton Cosmetics into a successful brand, resulting in a significant revenue increase. I led the development and launch of numerous cosmetics products, established key partnerships with domestic and international retailers, and optimized operational processes to drive cost savings and efficiency.

In my role as Vice President of Product Sales at HCT Group in Bridgewater, New Jersey, I spearheaded full-service sales for renowned East Coast brands, securing key accounts like Avon and Mary Kay. By developing strategic pricing plans and collaborating with cross-functional teams, I ensured maximum margins and delivered innovative product solutions.
