Development of innovative medical device and cosmetic products from concept to serial production, managing formulation and documentation processes in DRUID Magic and acting as the reference expert for Class I and II medical devices in close collaboration with the Head of R&D. I supported manufacturing with process optimization and scale-up, successfully transferring technologies from lab to 400 kg, 1000 kg, and 2000 kg production batches. I oversaw product validation through challenge tests, biocompatibility, efficacy, and stability studies to ensure regulatory compliance and long-term reliability. In addition, I built strong partnerships with global raw material suppliers to drive sustainable innovation, while mentoring junior formulators and leading cross-functional projects to deliver high-quality, compliant, and commercially viable products.

I led laboratory development and testing of adhesive formulations based on both proprietary and predefined recipes, including evaluation of results and optimization of formulations where required. My role involved regular reporting of findings, monitoring scientific literature and patents in the fields of dispersions, water-based and reactive systems, and scaling up formulations from lab to production, including process implementation. I supported production operations, oversaw equipment control, integrated quality planning tools such as FMEA into development work, trained and supervised laboratory technicians, and ensured high standards of safety and cleanliness in the laboratory environment.

Planned, managed, and executed R&D projects in accordance with PCP (Product Creation Process) guidelines, focusing on the development of polyurethane (PUR) adhesives and sealants from concept to production scale-up. Invented and patented innovative technologies and processes related to adhesive and sealant systems while continuously optimizing existing products. Provided cross-functional support to production, quality assurance, marketing, and sales teams, ensuring smooth technology transfer and product performance. Delivered comprehensive technical documentation, reports, and presentations, and supported customers through product launches and project initiation. Collaborated closely with project management, marketing, sales, production, quality assurance, research, and system engineering teams to drive innovation and operational excellence across the organization.
