4 months study of a sheep population Gathering information about a population in order to establish a report in order to recognize this sheep population as a breed by the French Livestock Institute Way to get information: contacts with journalists in agricultural magazines, placement of a classified advertisement in an agricultural magazine, meeting farmers and other people, exhibited in a sheep and in an agricultural show, seeking information in the departmental archives, sheep farms visits

* Updating & developing procedures & specifications of quality labels (Charolais “label”, animals fed without GMOs, Organic farming…) * Management of 40 technicians controlling procedures application by breeders * Providing technical expertise to technicians, farmers, food manufacturers and slaughterhouses * Training of new technicians about specifications of quality labels * Management of the internal audits linked to quality “labels” * Permanent contact with the whole supply chain * In charge of animals quality labels declarations before sending them to the slaughterhouse

* Establishment of a production cost for walnut producers * Analysis of the different kind of strategies and investment management of farms (audit)

* Selection and development of new private label products * Validation of sensory, microbiological, physico-chemical and nutritional requirements * Supplier audits * To ensure the quality follow-up of private label products * Labelling and packaging validation * Establishment of products specifications * Preparation of products controls plans and quality budget

* Implementation of computerized procedures for the validation of internal documents (Packaging validation, Claims Fiches, Labelling Fiches) ensuring regulatory compliance of products in France, Belgium, UK, Sweden and Portugal. * Internal audit, simplification and optimization of processes * Standardization and computerization of the process of packaging validation for all Business Unit * Work in collaboration with Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Purchasing and Legal * Procedures writing and stakeholders training * Labelling and packaging validation * Trainings to marketing about claims, labelling regulation, flavourings regulation, legal name regulation (dairy dessert, fromage frais, yogurt) and food information to consumers

* I carried out surveys in the eastern part of France, Germany, Luxembourg and Switzerland. * I performed surveys for international companies such as ARCELORMITTAL, LACTALIS, McDonald’s, ALSTOM, NESTLE, BEL GROUP, HYUNDAI, PANALPINA, SAINT-GOBAIN, KIA, VOLKSWAGEN, CARGILL, SOUFFLET, AIR LIQUIDE… * Intervention in all kind of freights (road, marine, rail, air) on demand of insurance companies * Organization and leading surveys as part of damages on behalf of insurance companies : road haulier, shipping company, forwarding agent, shipper, consignee : * Determination of the causes and origins of the damage / salvage sale * Evaluation of the final prejudice * Writing of a synthesis report and final report sent to insurance companies (english / french) * Quality controls in case of importation and exportation of containers
