- Direct report to the General Manager - Direct in charge of production, maintenance, QA, project and EHS departments (240 people) - Dotted line to HR, internal audit - Development, control and respect of the budgets - Responsible for cost prices optimization - Responsible for EHS policies - In charge of the move to the new factory located 50km away from the old plant - Responsible for new products development - In charge of Capex proposal and realization ; Responsible for the 8M€ investment related to the new production line commissioned in 2012 - Implementation of methods of continuous improvement: 5S, TPM, working groups -Team work with Commercial, Marketing and Sales departments

Management and improvement of production department (efficiency, production costs, quality, health and safety). Management of 10 white collars and 50 blue collars. Responsible for people management (successful transition from 3 to 5 shifts, recruitment, training ...). In charge of investments and engineering department. In charge of the plant during the absence of the Factory Manager.
