Julie Monchicourt

After graduating as an interpreter (French/Dutch) in 2016, I worked as an Executive Assistant in politics, an Event Coordinator in a Chamber of Commerce, and a HR Talent Coordinator in a big international company. Feeling tired of not knowing what I wanted, I made the bold decision to embody every role within a company by founding my own coffee shop, Tea Jolie, in 2021. Tea Jolie was a place for lovely afternoons and really good coffee. After two years of hard work (during several crises such as Covid-19, the war in Ukraine, ...), I ultimately decided to sell my company. As an all-rounder, I can handle a lot under pressure and in several subjects (politics, events, HR): managing a project in a short amount of time, organizing the entire project, being a go-getter, finding solutions to problems without making them bigger, and being interested in and learning about many fields and subjects. I manage all these things while following my values and principles. For three years, I was part of the Employer Branding team at AXA Belgium, where I worked on several projects such as the AmbAXAdors programme, our yearly Discovery Week, and Top Employer, ... Now it’s time for a new challenge as a Product Owner within the P&C Retail teams!
