About
With a Master of Science in Planning from the University of Toronto and 17 years of professional planning experience, I have a strong background in urban planning, policy development, and community engagement. My core competencies include project management, report writing, sustainability, and collaboration. I have worked on a diverse range of planning projects, such as land use amendments, area plans, downtown plans, climate action plans, and development applications, in both the public and private sectors in Alberta and British Columbia. One of my proudest achievements is leading the Calgary's Greater Downtown Plan, an innovative document that integrated the vision, strategies, and actions for the downtown area, with the input of multiple stakeholders and partners. I am passionate about creating great places that are resilient, livable, and inclusive.
