Internship responsibilities included: • Moderation of Spredfast customer social communities. • Managing high levels of inbound conversations, developing appropriate responses that adhere to customer brand voice requirements and answer inquiries with accuracy and efficiency. • Balancing customer realities by coordinating with internal teams as needed to resolve sensitive issues and provide great brand experiences in short amounts of time. • Identifying and tracking ongoing trends/bugs, surface escalations, and assist with reports and ad hoc data analysis.

The New Guild Membership Officer is accountable to the New Guild membership and the ICC Membership Committee. I am responsible for maintaining a high level of occupancy in the house, assisting the ICC Membership Committee and the ICC Membership Administrator by helping carry out advertising and promotional campaigns for New Guild, overseeing house educational events, greeting new members, communicating regularly with the ICC Membership Coordinator, and participating in the planning of next semesters marketing campaign.

DoStuff Media invites brands to be a part of local scenes through an integrated mix of content, experience, and media. Internship responsibilities: • Writing: generating advertorial pieces for newsworthy and notable events transpiring in Austin. Content management; crosschecking, creating, and evaluating postings to ensure accurate and engaging information is being delivered. • Social Media: communicating with an interwoven message to users daily on each of our platforms. • Event operations: helping develop and execute ideas, setup, teardown, and activate for Do512 and partners we work with in sponsored events. • Lounge Sessions: making sure our showcases for bands, comedians, artists, and sponsors are running smoothly.

• Conducted media research for major clients, such as ESPN, Facebook, Snapchat, Hulu, and more. • Utilized Biometrics, Facial Coding, and Eye Tracking to gain neurological insights towards new and old media advertising. • Offered services towards research for advertising effectiveness, cross-platform/multi-platform effectiveness, sponsorship/promotions effectiveness, and new product strategy and development testing. • Played a role in studies mentioned in the Wall Street Journal and AdWeek.

Managed tasks assigned by UT Marketing professors and department heads, by presenting a positive and professional image of the Department when communicating with outside sources reaching the department for questions and feedback, and accommodated professors’ exam and scheduling requests.

• Administered closing and opening of store • Managed staff through tasks for daily operation • Managed buying of new inventory for clothing consignment • Prepared and distributed inventory for resale, • Prepared and administered daily sales summary reports for upper management • Initiated point of sales incentive program which resulted in 10% increased gross revenues for store all while maintaining a 4.0 GPA in high school.
