I am a Director, Company Secretary, and Shareholder at KJL Group, having been part of the business since its formation in 1997. Over that time, I have developed a broad, hands-on role supporting the day-to-day operations of the company, helping to ensure consistently high standards of service delivery for our clients.My experience spans office and team management, IT service delivery, ITIL-aligned practices, ITSM systems, telephony, and first-line support. This gives me a well-rounded understanding of both the operational and technical aspects of running a Managed Service Provider.I am particularly passionate about people and culture, with a strong focus on HR, employee welfare, and supporting teams to perform at their best. I also contribute to maintaining our quality standards, including our ISO9001 framework, ensuring we continue to deliver reliable and effective services.Having grown with the business over many years, I remain committed to supporting KJL Group’s continued success while upholding the values and service levels our clients have come to expect.
