As Branch Manager, I am responsible to ensure that all facets of the business are aligned in support of our project team’s ability to exceed the expectations of our customer and maintain profitability. I oversee all operational aspects of our office, including but not limited to the overall project management of current and active projects and construction operations. I work with our clients to keep communication open, schedule project milestones, and ensure that all projects are completed on budget and schedule.
