Divisional HR partner to Director and Regional teams delivering services to adults with learning disabilities in the Northern Division.Responsible for development and delivery of both operational and strategic people plans based on HR metrics .Lead on Tupe both in and out and organisational restructuring.

Contract role to support change projects

An interim role covering patent and trade mark attorney recruitment from trainee to director level , HR advice at partner level and capability case management.

Providing strategic and operational business partnering to the senior management teams of two trading divisions - Consumer Finance and subsequently Invoice Finance. The main focus of the role being the establishment of a People Plan and implementation of HR initiatives to effectively support the Business Plan. Remit covered 350 people based on three sites including a customer service contact centre of 160 customer service advisors, underwriters and collectors in Leeds. Complex ER case load(both capability and conduct plus organisational restructure) and daily HR advice to managers of all levels. Line management of HR assistant. Facilitation of engagement forums and 121 manager coaching sessions using psychometric profiling tools such as Insights.

End to end HR Generalist advice and support to the management team of Consumer Finance Division in Leeds. Primary focus was the contact centre for customer service, collections and underwriting. Corporate functions also covered were risk analytics, business development, finance, marketing and IT. Projects included introduction of Health Week, implementation of Reward structure and role evaluation, introduction of competency based interview and assessment centres, development of HR monthly MI pack.

Coordination of sub regional recruitment programme for two Treasury funded pilot schemes (90 recruits).• Coordinated successful transfer of payroll from one service provider to another as part of TUPE transfer. Provided HR advice to directors and managers.
