* A retail store with a turnover of 4.5 M and a staffing complement of 50 * Ensure the effective day-to-day operation of Cash Handling and Stock Handling administrative functions. * Ensure all administrative reporting and checking is carried out. * Implemented training courses for new recruits. * Identify and investigate all discrepancies in the cash handling process * Ensure implementation of all stock loss prevention and audit requirements. * Deliver high levels of health and safety. * Deliver high levels of customer service. * Support in the delivery of KPI achievements. * Responsible for staff payroll and rota development. * Duty Manager responsible for store opening and closing.
