Ensured lot control documents were developed, wrote operator instructions for process, and helped supervisors train operators.

Successfully led three rolling wave planning cycles of the Geostationary Operational Environmental Satellite, R-Series (GOES-R) program. Developed and executed plan for establishing the cost and schedule baseline. Collaborated with engineering planning and CAMs to ensure subsystem plans were incorporated appropriately in the IMS. Assumed responsibility for subcontractor schedule creation and maintenance resulting in improved supplier delivery performance. Established integrated master schedule (IMS) for the initial program management baseline (PMB) of the GOES-R program. Responsibilities included working with all elements of the program to establish the early planning tools and schedules needed to establish the IMS baseline, presenting the PMB establishment process to the customer and preparing CAMs for integrated baseline review (IBR).

Led Six Sigma Black Belt project to reduce variation in radio reception testing equipment in North America (NA) assembly plants. For MY2007, radio reception was the top TGW warranty claim for manufacturing controllable items in Ford NA assembly plants. This project resulted in a 10% reduction in radio reception TGW & warranty claims. Implemented electric DC nut runner and error proofing system installations for the Ford Five Hundred, Mercury Montego & Ford Freestyle at Chicago Assembly Plant. This was the first car plant at Ford to receive DC nut runners networked to an error proofing system. Reduced material costs of project by over $200K by working with Purchasing Department to direct sourcing material. Managed Final Assembly department capital budget, which ranged from $10 - $30 million annually. Developed fully accounted manufacturing cost document to drive reduced usage of hold-and-drive power tool designs in order to improve quality in NA assembly plants.

Responsible for leading the planning team on the OSIRIS-REx program to develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Required to utilize analytical tools, prepare work around plans and schedules as required. Records and maintains resourcing and performance data (earned value) on the OSIRIS-REx program schedule. Develops and maintains Program Summary schedule and other planning metric data in order to effectively communicate program schedule status to the customer.
