I am inspired by beautiful software. I love the idea of empowering users with clean designs, being innovative and changing the way we work. I build beautiful software - I love to build products to be proud of. Successful software design has to work well and be a delight to use. It shows the user you understand them and their needs. The customer has to be at the centre of everything we do. As a coder, software designer, product owner and company owner with 30 years’ experience I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly when it comes to developing without feedback, without insight and the courage to acknowledge the information and provide back to our teams. I do not want to build a minimum viable product - I want to build the best customer experience . I am strong. I am a leader, our role as leaders to is grow people - to help people to be better that they thought possible - to make sure there is nothing blocking their light - and if we need to, remove the blockage so they can continue to grow.
