Main responsibilities and activities: • Expanding the LOM of the existing 2 operation of Nexa in Brazil (Aripuanã and Vazante) including manage and foster the portfolio of early-stage projects. • Supervise the development of models for sizing found mineral resources. • Ensure the obtaining and maintenance of mining rights for operations and projects. • Monitor regulatory laws and policies that may impact mining activities in Brazil and Namibia. • Manage and prospect for new mining sites and mineral projects in geographies defined as strategic by the company. • Develop business opportunities through Joint Ventures and M&A on a global level to expand NEXA's portfolio of projects and operations. • Manage Nexa's Joint Venture and M&A contracts for mineral projects generating value for the company's portfolio and pipeline. • Identify new business opportunities for NEXA globally and conduct value/feasibility analysis to support the organization's decision process. • Evaluate strategic projects and possible acquisitions. • Periodically discuss the results and advances of the M&A processes.

Responsible for project’s portfolio in Peru (Brownfield, Greenfield and generative) with focus on Cu and Zn targets. Developed activities: - Extend the LOM of current operations of 3 mines (Cerro Lindo, El Porvenir and Attacocha), develop current assets in the pipeline (greenfields and generative projects) and manage the generation and implementation of mineral exploration programs for Peru and Ecuador.

Responsible for project’s portfolio in Brazil and Namibia (Brownfield, Greenfield and generative) with focus on Cu, Zn targets. Developed activities: - Extend the LOM of current operations in Brazil, develop the pipeline’s assets in the pipeline (greenfields and generative projects) and manage the generation and implementation of mineral exploration programs for Brazil and Namibia.

Developed activities: Exploration Manager with focus on stablishing an exploration base office in Windhoek, generation, implementation, and development of mineral exploration programs for Namibia, Botswana, and Zambia. Selection of priority geological environments, projects and companies’ evaluation for JVs and acquisitions (M&A).

Namibia, Tanzania, Botswana, Zambia and Mozambique: Generative programs and assessment: Generation, valuation and implementation of exploration projects with select companies in African belts with focus in Zn, Pb, Cu, Au, Ni and Coal. Developed activities: Project Manager with focus on generation, implementation, and development of mineral exploration programs in Africa. Selection of priority geological environments, projects and companies for JVs and acquisitions (M&A).

Led exploration projects across diverse deposit types (Zn, Pb, Cu, Au) in Brazil. Conducted regional and detailed mapping, geophysics, and geochemical surveys. Managed drilling programs, including target generation, follow-up, and data analysis. Oversaw project coordination for Perau (SEDEX) and Santa Maria (IOCG, SEDEX, VMS). Highlights: Contributed to the Aripuanã project (VMS) reaching feasibility stage. Evaluated greenfield targets in generative exploration programs.
