• Responsible for the management of the following categories: Energy, Gas, and Energy Efficiency Solutions. • I created and planned the regionalization project of the Strategic Sourcing processes in the local supplier database for the region of Rio de Janeiro.

• Responsible for consolidating all the numbers of the department, controlling revenues and costs, preparing and attending the Budget, and presentation of results, and preparing management reports for the local board and the corporate team in France. • Implementation of Spend Analysis to control spending of the main categories of purchases. • Support an event aimed at the integration of suppliers, buyers, and stakeholders of the Group, to promote the exchange of information, the sharing of knowledge, and space for the launch and exhibition of products and solutions. On average per year, the event received 500 people.

• Responsible for consolidating the supplier database, managing the revenue, and requesting the payment of the department’s expenses. • I request and follow up on the suppliers' total spend report of the units to charge the rebates. • I went the follow-ups of KPIs, team performance indicators, and total doubtful debt control.

• Responsible for analyzing and monitoring performance indicators in the Procurement Department. • I followed the Procurement performance department with a focus on demand analysis and internal database to build management reports.

• Responsible for supporting internal activities such as: setting up sectoral and macroeconomic studies and organizing sectoral research for clients' projects. • Participation in financial projects with a focus on the organization of documents, filing of budget sheets, data calculation, and preparation of spreadsheets for financial analysis. • I acted in the strategic planning area with a focus on demand and supply analysis for various sectors of the economy.
