I wake up everyday to make a difference. I teach my daughters that, whatever they decide to do, they cannot just be spectators, but should create value to the society. Over the years I learned that working with purpose is so much more exciting. I am passionate for what I do. Leading a multi-billion commercial team, with double digits growth, while helping to steer the company to be a protagonist in promoting a healthier society in Brazil: this is a truly rewarding journey! I am currently the Head of Commercial, Assortment and Pricing teams at RD, focusing on growth, profitability, and advancement of our commercial strategy. As matter of fact, my job is all about building a high performance team and creating opportunities for them to deliver this impact. Prior to RD, I was an associate Partner at McKinsey, where I worked with Retail clients in Latin America. I have also served several Consumer Goods clients in pricing and channel related topics, helping them improve their relationship and collaboration with retailers. Throughout my 8 years at McKinsey, I worked hand in hand with my clients in large scale commercial transformations to achieve long term impact.
