- Responsible for the day to day running of a 4-person team whilst working across shortform and longform projects for broadcast, television production companies and advertising agencies - Recruiting new talent to the freelance roster and screening new candidates including writing CV’s and interviews - Seeking out new business opportunities and establishing and maintaining excellent client relationships - - Negotiating contracts, rates and terms - Ensuring the meeting of monthly targets

- Overseeing the talent and diary management, this included promoting and rotating talent providing clients with continual fresh creatives and coordinating the schedules of over 200 freelancers and establishing good relationships with the talent - Managing and maintaining communication with clients from Assistant to Director level - Organising training and networking events

Independent Digital PR agency working with the likes of Oh Land, BRAIDS, George Maple, !!! (chk chk chk), Shy Nature, the Cult Records roster including Har Mar Superstar and Ryan Jarman's side project Exclamation Pony!, Petite Meller, Ruen Brothers and Nimmo. Festivals included MECA 2014 in Brazil.

Worked on a variety of digital PR campaigns including first non-music client; vintage inspired sunglasses Black Eyewear. We dealt with celebrity product placement, style press, fashion blogs and profile pieces. Other key music campaigns include Charlotte Church, The 1975, D/R/U/G/S, Becoming Real, Stereolab, New Young Pony Club, !!! (chk chk chk), George Maple, Amateur Best, GET PEOPLE, Julia Stone, Dan Croll. I've also worked on Pitchfork music festival in Paris, PITCH in Amsterdam and events including Sony Music Unlimited which had performances from Plan B, Katy B, Eliza Doolittle and Devlin.
