Insurance and Financial Services have been at the center of my work for more than two decades. Throughout my career, I’ve led teams, solutions and transformation initiatives across underwriting, claims, policy administration, customer operations and digital service delivery. My experience ranges from working with well-established insurers to helping modernize processes through low-code platforms, automation and data-driven decision support. Today, as VP Insurance Services at Sirma Group Holding and Managing Director of Sirma FZE in Dubai, I focus on helping insurers and financial institutions improve efficiency, reduce operational friction and evolve legacy systems without disrupting the business. My role brings together delivery oversight, solution design, partner coordination and the practical application of technologies – including AI layering – to enhance everyday workflows. I’m particularly interested in approaches that make transformation achievable: improving processes step by step, empowering teams with flexible tools, and aligning technology investments with real business outcomes.
