Clean cruise vessel before event/s: Vacuumed carpets, cleaned windows, bathrooms, counter tops of bars, cleaned walls ceilings and anything else that needed to be cleaned before event. Cleaned ferry boats from 5th Avenue to Coronado Island and also the ferry boat from Broadway to Coronado Island : Swept floor inside and outside boat, cleaned walls inside and outside, counter tops, windows inside and outside, tables and chairs.

Accurately read food ticket and deliver food to the correct table in a timely fashion. Greet and provide excellent customer service. Remove plates and empty drinks from table in a timely and organized fashion. Responsible for accurately setting up tables before restaurant opens, and after customer uses table. Provide excellent and accurate assistance to server.

Accurately and safely transport patient to designated locations. Provide great communication and patient service. Manage time effectively to provide patient pick up in a timely fashion. Make sure transportation car is keep up to date with maintenance, for transportation safety. Provide a comfortable and safe ride for the patient. Consistent communication with hospital.

Perform general maintenance which included; do walk around inside and out of the building and note if anything needed to be repaired and or replaced ( light bulbs, urinals. Take gulf cart around the golf course and Tennis courts to check the public bathrooms and outside lights for repairs. Perform daily work maintenance sheets. Dry wall repair and painting Pluming : repair leaks and or replaced piping that was leaking which included inside and outside of building, search where leaks came from and follow pluming ( supervised, I was being trained ) Electrical work : relocating power sources and or deleting them, installing power sources, making sure power sources were working if certain lights weren’t working or area that needed electrical power ( supervised, I was being trained ) Replacement of buildings air filters. Inside and outside pool maintenance plus spa : check p.h. And chlorine levels and make sure the pools / spa system was working properly. Clean water filters for proper water cycling and water levels. some carpentry ( supervised, I was being trained ).

Provide excellent customer service through the call center. Review and or update customer information and set up service calls. Provide available dates and estimated times of service that are available for the customers area. Provide customer with any previous service call information as needed. Inform customer of what parts were replaced and or ordered for service and their estimated time of arrival. Made sure that the customer had all that was needed before ending the customers call.
