This combined role covered the management of service, hardware and software development and also the project management of key corporate account contract implementations delivered by FTA. The role included direct management of a team of three business analysts and technical experts working in conjunction with Business unit managers, IT developers, product suppliers and manufacturers.

* This post was a combined business analysis and project management role relating to both key new business implementation and IT development projects. The key areas of experience gained during this period included: * Good working knowledge of Prince 2 project management methodology. * Effective vendor and customer relationship management at all organisational levels. * Good working knowledge of MS Project. * Construction of business requirements documents for IT developments and data migration. * Direct Marketing mechanisms including customer profiling and segmentation. * A working knowledge of off shoring implementation. * Use of process modelling tools and process design and review techniques.
