Primary objectives are to manage the service and repair relationship between approximately 30 third party service and repair vendors and 5 Corperate owned locations in the Chicago/Iowa/Indiana area and Sprint Nextel. Also responsible for growing revenue through our service and insurance plans and exceeding the company customer satisfaction and repair rate goals monthly. Other duties include but are not limited to; interviewing potential service and repair vendors, approving locations using our SMART growth initiatives, and auditing our customer satisfaction and financial metrics. I am the escalation point for unresolved vendor and customer concerns.
