As the HR Manager at KWA Analytics, Julia leads the People, Marketing, Communications, and DEI functions, driving business performance and operational excellence. She leverages her analytical problem-solving, creative out-of-the-box thinking, excellent communication, and fast-paced execution delivery skills to create positive change for customers and employees. Julia specializes in connecting future and current employees to leadership, and is known for being a great connector of talent, and a collaborative, results-oriented leader. She has a PR/Image Management degree from Tidewater Community College, and is proficient in Endur, a leading energy trading and risk management software. She is passionate about fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture at KWA Analytics, and speaks Spanish, French, and English fluently.
