Independently supports/consults with HRBPs and client groups on highly complex employee relations cases in order to achieve legally sound resolutions. Develops and executes employee relations resource strategies, programs, services and solutions that are designed to enable the company to successfully meet business goals. Interacts with and leverages expertise to resolve employee relations cases. Leads additional cross functional activities or projects. Provides mentoring and/or direct leadership to other ER staff as assigned.

Responsible for the coordination and implementation of various training programs, including the planning, scheduling, logistics and preparation of courses and related materials. Serve as primary contact point and support for training activities. Manage course enrollment, rosters and completion activities. Ensure content and supporting information is up to date. Ensure instructional materials are up to date and staged for usage in any training programs including training manuals, slides, instructor guides and related communications and resolve day-to-day problems and issues related to training activities (e.g. enrollment, classroom set up, logistics, etc.). Manage training database. Manage logistics for off-site meetings including: venue coordination, catering, materials management and instructor prep.

Responsible for the overall management of a full spectrum of HR operations, systems and programs for a multi-state firm employing over 1200 employees. Worked with senior management to create HR policies and procedures; recruit employees; create HRIS databases; and develop orientation, training and incentive programs. Managed leave-of-absence programs and personnel records; administered HR budget; and handled HR generalist workplace issues.

Provided consulting expertise to approximately 1200 staff; advised management and staff on all employee relations issues including EEO law and firm policies/practices; review and analyze trends to develop or refine HR programs; develop and implement training on HR related subjects (employment law, diversity, management practices, etc); advise management on adverse actions; investigated EEO concerns; made recommendations and implemented solutions based on investigation process, prepare summary report of employee relations issues, and assist outside counsel with litigation responses.
