Provided home-based therapeutic services to families and individuals involved with the Department of Children and Families. These were families in crisis who were involved with substance abuse, physical and sexual abuse as well as issues of domestic violence. These families had children ranging in age from pre-school to high school. Worked with DYS (Department of Youth Services) involved youth and their families to provide clinical support and help maintain safe placement in their community Staff Clinician in the FCP fee-for-service clinic providing counseling services to individuals in the greater Lowell community Supervised staff and was a team leader among the clinical staff

* Provided the above mentioned services to students at both Project Support and the Kennedy Elementary School. * At Project Support, ran a parent support group for students with PDD diagnoses. * Moved full time to the Marshall Middle School due to caseload demands.

Created Foster Care and Adoption Agency in Massachusetts (Permanent Families Program). Procured licensure for this program through the Office of Child Care Services. Procured a contract with the Department of Child and Family Services to have children in their custody placed with families that were recruited, trained and supported by this program Hired and supervised staff for the program (2 social workers and one office manager)

Middle School Provide direct clinical support for middle school students individually, in groups and in dyads as is dictated by the individualized education plan and their educational team Provide written reports to the educational team (including parents and guardians) regarding observations and clinical work with these students. These are such documents as Functional Behavioral Assessments, 3 year social work updates, quarterly student progress reports and student observations/social work narratives. Attend all team meetings with parents, guardians, school staff - including but not limited to educators, administrators, educational advocates and lawyers Achieved initial licensure through the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education as a School Social Worker/School Adjustment Counselor License #402810 Individual and group counseling/social skills development to students in need. Maintain compliance with special education regulations. Pilot district-wide bullying prevention program through participation in committee.
