Tasks completed: - Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement in structure, processes, and performance - Analyze compensation, benefits, and HR data (quantitative and qualitative) to provide actionable insights for organizational strategy and decision-making - Prepare and deliver clear reports and presentations to stakeholders, outlining recommendations for process improvement and strategy alignment

Projects and supports business leaders within the company's global functions (Finance, Legal, HR) in translating business decisions into people strategies. Assignments carried out: - Developing people strategies: organisation design (identifying skills and roles) and workforce planning - Leading and implementing major transformations and organisational changes (promoted initiatives) - HR performance review: analysis of KPIs and creation of HR action plans (transition plans, talent retention) - Ensure annual HR processes (talent management)

Advice and support for VSEs and SMEs in all business sectors on strategic and operational issues relating to Human Resources Management. Services provided: - Recruitment (drafting job offers, sourcing on Jobboards, school prospecting, telephone pre-qualification, interviews, interview summaries) - Training (training programmes, training plans) - Legal (DUERP, compulsory display) - Skills management (multi-skills matrix, GPEC) - HR structuring (job descriptions) Additional tasks : - Social networks (management of the company's LinkedIn account) - Design (creation of attractive displays for job postings)
