-> HOW I BUILD SUCCESS: I enjoy building great teams, leading and inspiring them, and making sure we perform well and keep developing ourselves into superiority. Together we will shoot high, revisit our goals with resolve and sometimes pivot into something new and better. I believe in the unique human capabilities of individuals in achieving great results. At the same time, I believe in the need for open and humble relationships between us all. Eventually, I believe only joint grit - passion and perseverance makes us perfect! -> MY EXPERTISE: The last 15 years as serial CEO and Entrepreneur, I have worked with bigger and smaller teams – sometimes completely alone with a virtual team, sometimes as a part of a large system however always focusing myself and us into a fresh meaningful direction. My strength is in setting a clear direction, building a concrete and compelling strategy with the team without forgetting that being competitive in winning sales every day matters most especially if we are starting something new and unique. Always be closing! -> INDUSTRY EXPERTISE: My background has been my MSc in Computer Science education before even personal computers were in the market, however thereafter I have been an allrounder in Technology and ended up working even in Robotics in Real Estate automation, Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals. I have an intimate understanding and experience of how the Public Sector, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Telecommunications, Banking, Retail, Hospitality, Construction and Real Estate use innovations to improve their business and impact. -> GLOBAL LEADERSHIP: I have worked in all continents however mostly in European countries and Scandinavia. I have had business units and subsidiaries globally in Asia and the Americas during my tenure in Fujitsu and Nokia however also when running some of the startups where less “corporate support” was available. Last few years I have worked as a networked one-man band.
