About

Since retiring in 2015, I have devoted my time and energy to volunteering in the field of aged care. I also play the French horn in aged care facilities, church orchestras and with the Cypress Symphonic Band. Friends and I collaborated with the Alzheimer's Association in Houston to start a chorus for people with early stage dementia and their caregivers. Our "Together in Song" chorus rehearses weekly, gives regularly scheduled concerts at Chapelwood United Methodist Church in Houston and also performs for other aged care organizations upon invitation.
