I am currently a Customer Service Manager at Emler Swim School, but I'm also a writer. I have published the first book in a trilogy entitled Red-Line: The Shift under the name J. T. Bishop. The second book in the trilogy, Red-Line: Mirrors, will be published in April 2015.

As a Project Manager, I worked all phases of the project cycle, from implementation to installation. I successfully worked and communicated with multiple levels of associates from numerous departments and completed projects on time and within budget. I managed projects from primarily a business/operational standpoint, although I did work heavily with the IT department throughout the project's development.
