I have 20 years experience in retail banking. I held several positions, to include: customer sales representative, head teller, and assistant branch manager. I also have four years experience as a staff auditor. Currently I volunteer at a faith based care center that assists the under resourced with immediate relief of food, clothing, housing and transportation. The care center also offers long term solutions of education, employment, financial, health, and legal services. I assist the Health Services Coordinator by overseeing regulatory compliance, volunteer coordination, and clinic office administration. I also maintain the dental and eye care clinic policy & procedure manual.

I am a part of a core group of professionals who serve on a volunteer basis. The clinic is open to provide basic dental and eye care for the under resourced in the Greater Chicago area. I am responsible for managing the written policy & procedures manual as well as assisting in the oversight of regulatory compliance in the clinic. I also serve administratively in the health services office.
