With a Higher Diploma in Hotel and Catering Management and over 22 years of extensive managing experience in multi-unit retail, restaurant and service organizations, I believe that my experience will add significant value to your organization and this is the kind of role that would enrich my experience in Food and beverage industry. In my current role as Senior Operation Manager with Venchi, I have been in-charge of day-to-day running of retail business and operation with the assigned region. I have trained and mentored a team of 150 from Front line -Area managers, Shop managers and Assistant Managers to back of house - Gelato Central Kitchen, POS, Logistic officer to Procurement officer and Corporate and Marketing Executive and provide seamless support in Hong Kong and PRC. Being a multilingual with fluent English, Cantonese, my core strength lies in effective communication that enabled me to establish and maintain thriving communication networks internally- within the organisation, and externally- with external customers, landlord and business partners.
